So This is Christmas

I can't believe Christmas is in a few weeks. I don't even know how I'm going to shop for people this year. And then there is another wedding on Sunday, Dec. 18. Dan is in Manhattan for the night and I'm hoping I'll be able to get to sleep. I'm all pent up tonight. Way too much energy.

Here, here Shannon; it better not be those etiquitte lacking asses. BTW - did you ever get that sweet apology?

Try shopping online- in one of the mags I get they just gave an outline of the best web sites to use/shop on if you are interested. It really helped me, and I thought I already knew the good sites...stupid me.

Did you sleep okay?

once i fell asleep it was ok, but I was really upset.

anyway, yes, it's dan's friends that are having the wedding. when they sent out the actual invitation my name was on it, but only because Dan told them to put it on. they claimed they didn't know how to spell my last name.

Christmas is a highly over-rated holiday with entirely too much stress. Because my mother is older and more infirmed now, I buy presents for Tom and I, wrap them and put them under her tree. This year I'm getting a new coffee pot. I'm buying it tomorrow, putting the old one in the new box and using the new one right away. Now that's a Christmas present!

Geez, so it IS that fool's wedding - eh? And technically you never got that sincere apology. those losers.

I like shannon's idea - but for some reason I'd wanna cause a outlandish scene like throwing cake or something redick - but I know that's just in fantasy land.

oh well.
