As we told you on Friday, we had heard a rumbling that Gwyneth Paltrow would have a planned C-section this weekend. And, now, after consulting with various sources close to the Oscar winner, PerezHilton.com is very pleased to be the first media outlet to exclusively confirm that Gwyneth and her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, are proud parents of a new baby boy.

Oprah Winfrey's legal team hired the firm in 1996 to help fight a lawsuit from cattle ranchers, which led to their introduction.
