Kick the Dead Bodies Aside

Was anyone listening to NPR this morning?

I woke up to a volunteer involved in search & rescue in Louisiana discuss how he was instructed to either tie dead bodies to a tree or kick them inside buildings in order to focus on rescuing the living.
